3/17/2024 0 Comments How to install waves 9 completePlease follow these steps in order to solve this issue:ĭownload and run the V9 installer from Waves site. In our latest installer (V9r14) there is a known issue related to the Waves Tune. You should at list see it in the plug-in list. Note: Waves Tune is not officially supported on Logoc Pro-X as stated in our supported hosts page. By the way: the claim that Waves Tune is not supported on Logic Pro X doesn't seem to match with the fact that they list Logic Pro 10.0.4 as supported hosts. However, when you also install their RS56 Passive EQ plugin it will be fixed. Some files are missing when you install Waves Tune. So I contacted Waves Support and they said their installer is currently broken. Of course I also contacted Waves Support, but maybe anyone in this forum has some idea? And Waves themselves have released a new version of their suite, which should be Mavericks compatible. Since then I've upgraded to Mavericks and I think Logic had some updates too. I know a previous of Waves Tune version worked perfectly a couple of months ago. Updating properties of AU WavesTune (s) by Waves.FAILED! When I check them I get the following error: When I check the AU Manager both Waves entries are unchecked. However, it looks like Logic isn't loading the plugin. I installed Waves Tune and tried to get it to work in Logic Pro X 1.0.4.
